Professional Development Workshops for Educators
Most professional development only address the symptoms. At Mindsteps, we focus on the root. We don’t just provide a set of strategies, we show teachers and administrators how to use the seven principles of effective instruction to help students thrive. We don’t just want to change behaviors; we work hard to engage teachers in highly rigorous thinking about their practice.
We specialize in customizing our workshops to meet your unique needs. We believe that this co-creation ensures that what teachers learn in our workshops stick.
What’s Included?
All workshop materials, planning sessions and travel are included in your investment. Additional materials are available for teachers and administrators that support the goals of our workshops. These materials are NOT required. However, if your organization wishes to order these, a discount will be offered with a signed contract.
Maximum Capacity: 150
What’s the Investment?
Because we don’t sell a product, strategy, technique, or canned “solution,” the investment will be as unique as the solution we co-create. Following our initial conversation, we will send you a written proposal usually within 36 business hours. The proposal will contain several investment options based on our conversation.
We believe that you should not have to make an investment decision every time you need our assistance as we work together on a project so we offer a flat rate rather than an hourly fee. This is a signature feature of the Mindsteps Inc. approach.
If you’d like our help, we’ll be happy to discuss your situation at no
charge. That way, we can get a better understanding of what you need and
determine whether or not our services are right for you.
