Virtual Coaching

Our coaches work with you by phone, email, and web-conferencing to provide you with personalized, one-on-one support.  Together, you and your coach will develop a coaching plan that will guide your work together, set specific goals to help you stay focused, establish regular times to meet, and identify specific ways your coach will help you reach your goals.  Work with your coach to:

• develop a mastery mindset and move up the mastery teaching trajectory
• resolve a specific instructional challenge
• develop a new teaching skill or competency
• develop and implement a professional growth plan as part of requirements for certification
• develop a leadership plan for your team or faculty

One-on-One Leadership Coaching
