Using Mindsteps’ materials and techniques, teachers in job-alike or grade-level teams come together two to four times per month to develop specific teaching competencies that ultimately lead to higher student achievement. A teacher-facilitator uses the online videos and Facilitator Guides to lead group discussions and facilitate team meetings.

- Based on your school improvement goals, select an instructional practice (and corresponding professional learning kit) that will best help you reach those goals.
- Organize teachers into professional learning teams and select facilitators.
- Work through the professional learning process.

- Celebrate increased teacher effectiveness and improved student performance.
